    Today, Universal Formulas celebrates 25 years of formulating successful health supplements for healthcare professionals and the public. Located on twenty-one acres of preserved wetland in Southwest Michigan, we formulate and ship our products throughout North America.

  • BEGINNING OF OUR PRODUCTS
    It became clear in 1983, that there was a lot of hype in the market and results varied between different products. Individual responses and symptoms vary greatly given the same conditions or stressors, so as a way to obtain more predictable results and control the quality of remedies and supplements, we began to develop our own sources for products and make our own formulations. With the help of physicians’ advice, anecdotal case studies and client feedback, our products are astoundingly effective. To this day, a couple of the founding members remain on our advisory board and assist with formulating and upgrading our product offering.

  • ORIGINS
    First known as Health Renaissance, Universal Formulas was established in 1983 by five alternative healthcare professionals who launched the first alternative health center in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The center’s originating purpose was to provide crucial education to help people understand that there were alternatives to surgery and drugs for treating their health issues. The center offered herbal therapies, colonics, classes and nutritional counseling.

  • OUR TRUTH
    We operate from a core belief to produce products that are as close to as found in nature as possible, in plant form, or otherwise from sources that one would eat normally. It bears defining that in our opinion vitamin and mineral sources are best when taken from soil that is producing living plants and where that soil is naturally enriched by the plant cycle.
