If for any reason a customer needs to return a product, we ask that they make their request to us via email, customercare@bepurecleanse.com (800 342.6960) and return the unused portion, prepaid, within 45 days of purchase and we will refund the original amount, less any shipping charges, no hassle.

Please know we are bound by our commitment that none of our products are to be resold once they have left our building, as we can no longer guarantee their quality.
